Return & Exchange POlicy
We hope you love what your ordered, but we know that's not always the case. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for purchases made within the last 30 days. To be eligible for a refund on a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If damaged, worn, or open items are returned, we may not be able to process your refund. These same standards apply for eligibility to make an exchange.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for the following items, and as such, they are FINAL SALE:
- Customized merchandise
- Face masks
- Clearance/Sale Items
- Limited Edition/Special Drops as noted in product description
- Shipping Costs
In order to process your return, please click here and enter your order number and zip code. From there, you will be able to follow the steps to print a UPS return label and ship back to us via your nearest UPS Store, dropbox, or pickup as you would any other package. Please note, a $8 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping and handling.
Incorrect or Damaged Item?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item we will replace it at no additional cost. Please use the Contact Us page and be sure to include your order number, full name and have a photo ready of the damaged packaged and/or item as we will ask for one prior to replacement. If the item is no longer in stock we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
